Lots and Lots of Concrete

As we anticipated, it is not easy transforming a former 1920s Legion Hall / 1950s library into a modern taproom and brewery. Fortunately, the structural integrity of the building is sufficient to support the weight of a brewery on the main level so our customers will be able to see where the grain will be transformed into delicious craft beer.

Here are a few throwback pics from earlier this winter when MD Construction and Jackson Concrete poured the new concrete floors for Second Chapter Brewing. We only needed a 110' boom on the pumper truck!
