This one was pretty special to us as Richard got to re-brew our Witty Librarian Belgian Witbier, which was recently featured in Brew Your Own magazine's Ask the Replicator.

This is an informal monthly meeting as part of our "Books & Brews" series to talk about anything related to books. Bring a book to trade if you'd like.

I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts on the first novel I've finished in forever. It was nice to read something that wasn't a children's book or a "How to Start a Brewery for Dummies" manual.

It may be crazy cold outside, but we have just a bit of this Vanilla Imperial Stout left on tap. Our to-go fridge also includes 16 oz cans of the base Imperial Stout too.

This winter warmer (9.3% ABV) tastes great after being out in the cold.

We wanted to take a moment to thank Kassie Austin for her time here at the brewery.

We are going to miss seeing her smile behind the bar, where she deftly coaxed untold numbers of our customers into trying a "Berry Trashy" mix.

I would have thought that some of her hours here chatting with all of you would have counted toward her counseling degree, but I don't make the rules! She has proven herself to be dedicated to her family, to her full-time work as a middle school special education teacher, and to her pursuit of higher education. Otherwise, we would not have accepted her resignation 'cause we have loved having her here!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our New Year's Eve Gala last night and thank you to all of our customers for a wonderful 2023! We are taking the week off to rest from yesterday's bash and to make plans for an excellent 2024.
