Second Chapter Brewing represents a “Second Chapter” in several ways. Not only will this be a new chapter for the building that was previously the library, but this is a new chapter for us personally as business owners here in Ogallala, and a new chapter for the Kraus family, which has a pre-Prohibition brewing legacy.
