Brewed in October 2023, this Imperial Stout has undergone a year-long transformation, quietly aging and deepening its character in a bourbon barrel from @pinebluffsdistilling in Wyoming. Smoky oak and rich bourbon notes wrap around the bold and roasted malts like a leather binding around a treasured manuscript. The flavors blend harmoniously for a strong yet smooth brew.
